Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

At Flavour 101, we aim to provide you with the best shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our policy for returns, refunds, and cancellations below:

1. Returns

We accept returns on products within 3-5 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The product must be in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at infoflavour101@gmail.com with your order number and details of the product you wish to return. We will guide you through the process.

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Please note:

  • Refunds may take 5-7 business days to be reflected in your account, depending on your bank or payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

3. Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. To cancel your order, please contact us at infoflavour101@gmail.com with your order details. We will confirm whether cancellation is possible.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. After reviewing the issue, we will offer either a replacement or a refund, based on your preference.

Please provide the following when contacting us:

  • A photo of the damaged or defective product
  • A brief description of the issue
